Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SthreePower (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you sign in to join our community and marketing list. The data controller is SthreePower, 105 Oak Park Dr, Suite C, Irmo, SC 29063, nmudaliyar@wislogix.com.

What we collect

When you choose “Sign in with Google” and tick the marketing-consent box, we receive from Google and store:

• Your name and email address (verified by Google);
• Your Google account identifier;
• A record of your consent: the date/time, the wording you agreed to, your IP address and browser (kept as proof that you opted in).

We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not receive your Google password or access any other Google data.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use your name and email to send you marketing emails about courses, events, and opportunities. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before signing in. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf:

• Google — authentication (Sign in with Google);
• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — storage of the submitted details;
• Gmail — to send the marketing emails and manage unsubscribes.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed, and for 90 days after you unsubscribe to honor suppression and prove prior consent, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent — as easy as giving it.
